  • You may request a return or exchange within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Items that are damaged or defective upon delivery are eligible for replacement.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.

4. How to Request a Return/Exchange

    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the product

5. Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges.
  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the shipping charges.

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable in genuine cases (e.g., defective item or out-of-stock situation).
