2. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Items that are damaged or defective upon delivery are eligible for replacement.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.
4. How to Request a Return/Exchange

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
- Our team will guide you through the next steps.
5. Shipping Charges
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges.
- If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the shipping charges.
6. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable in genuine cases (e.g., defective item or out-of-stock situation).
